How we research, write, and review — and how we keep our advice honest.

Accuracy first

Every guide is researched before it is written and reviewed before it is published. When we describe how a dating app works, we base it on the app's own publicly-stated features and widely-documented behavior, and we encourage readers to confirm current details on the official app, because products change often.

No invented numbers

We do not publish made-up statistics, user counts, or success rates. When we share an opinion or a rule of thumb, we present it as exactly that — not as data. If we cannot stand behind a specific figure, we leave it out.

Independence

BuzzSup is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any dating app or service we mention, and we never accept payment to rank or recommend an app. The site is funded by advertising, which is displayed separately from and does not influence our editorial content.

We fix mistakes. If you spot an error, email hello@buzzsup.com with the page link and we will review and update it promptly. Substantive updates are reflected in the "updated" date shown on each guide.
